LCH RepoClear: Changes to RepoClear Fees

Dear LCH RepoClear Clearing Member,

We would like to advise you of upcoming changes to both the LCH LTD RepoClear fees and the LCH SA RepoClear fees, with both sets of changes being effective from 1^st June 2024.

LCH LTD RepoClear Fee Changes

Processing Fee Changes
LCH LTD RepoClear’s processing fee bandings will change as follows:

• Band 1 from GBP 3.10 to GBP 3.50
• Band 2 from GBP 2.80 to GBP 3.00
• Band 4 from GBP 0.50 to GBP 0.45

A comparison of the current and new (effective 1^st June 2024) processing fee bands is below.

Fail Fee Changes

The fee for a failed settlement will reduce from £45 per intended settlement to £40 per intended settlement.

Publication Of New Fee Tariffs

The new fee tariffs for LCH LTD RepoClear will be published on the LCH website on 1^st June 2024 at the following link: Fees | LCH Group.

LCH SA RepoClear Fee Changes

Processing Fee Changes
LCH SA RepoClear’s processing fee bandings will change as below:

• Band 1 from €3.20 to €3.50
• Band 2 from €2.80 to €3.00
• Band 4 from €0.50 to €0.45
