Daniel was appointed Chief Executive Officer, LCH Group in October 2017.
As CEO Daniel is responsible for achieving new business growth, maintaining and building existing customer relationships, and driving innovation and efficiency across the Group, while ensuring LCH’s risk and resilience is fully safeguarded. Building on his strong track record of innovation, delivery and control, Daniel is also responsible for the development of an integrated global product strategy and its execution.
Prior to being appointed as CEO, Daniel was most recently Group COO. Daniel joined LCH in 1999, and during his 16-year career at LCH, Daniel has had involvement in, and responsibility for, risk management, default management, product management, regulatory strategy, programme delivery, sales, marketing and operations across LCH’s SwapClear service. In 2014, after returning from four years in the US, where he started and built out LCH’s North America operations and led SwapClear’s client clearing franchise, Daniel took on the role of Global Head of SwapClear and subsequently took responsibility for LCH’s ForexClear and Listed Rates services, and the initiation of LCH’s SwapAgent service. Previously, Daniel worked at JPMorgan from 2005 to 2008 before returning to LCH on 1 September 2008, where he was immediately responsible for the successful trading and unwinding of Lehman Brothers’ LCH-cleared bond and repo portfolio.
Daniel is also a member of London Stock Exchange Group’s Executive Committee.
Isabelle Girolami joined LCH in November 2019 from Crédit Agricole, where she was most recently Deputy CEO for the Corporate and Investment Banking business, responsible for financial markets across fixed income and equities. Isabelle joined Credit Agricole in 2015 as Global Head of Financial Markets.
Prior to Crédit Agricole, she spent seven years at Standard Chartered Bank both in London and Singapore, latterly serving as Co-Head of the Wholesale Bank ASEAN and Head of Financial Markets ASEAN. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Bear Stearns and BNP Paribas.
Isabelle is currently Vice Chair of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe and a Board Member of Global Financial Markets Association.
Isabelle holds a Masters degree from the HEC School of Management in Paris.
Christophe is CEO of LCH SA, LCH's French operating CCP.
Christophe graduated from French Business Schools.
Christophe started his career at JP Morgan where he held various positions in the Operations business of investment banking.
In 1993, Christophe joined Morgan Stanley, becoming Head of Operations in Paris, then Head of Operations for continental offices - Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, Milan and Madrid. He was responsible for all business streams including equities, fixed income, derivatives, commodities and participated in major EU and market place projects.
In 2003, Christophe joined SA, former LCH SA, as General Secretary responsible for Risk, Finance, Legal and Membership issues and Treasury. He became Chief Executive Officer in November 2004.
Christophe serves on the Board of Directors of the Association Française des Professionnels des Titres (AFTI).
Bruce joined LCH in August 2013 and worked on the integration with LSEG as well as having responsibility across the LCH cost base. In 2015 he was appointed Head of Finance LSEG Technology and Corporate providing commercial support across the divisions, that included the divestment of non-core businesses and a significant role in the proposed merger with Deutsche Borse. In June 2018 Bruce returned to LCH as Finance Director prior to being appointed as LCH Group and LCH Ltd CFO in March 2019. Previously he worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Accenture. He is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.
John is the COO of LCH Group, and Head of North America. In these roles, he works in partnership with LCH’s regulated CCPs to execute the group’s integrated global strategy.
Prior to joining LCH as an Executive Director of SwapClear US in 2012, John spent 19 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, where he spearheaded efforts on global regulatory reform, business strategy, client management, and technology.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and economics from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
Diane is General Counsel and Head of Compliance for LCH Group. In this role, Diane is responsible for managing all legal and regulatory compliance matters affecting the Group and its subsidiaries. She is a member of the LCH Group Executive Committee.
Diane joined LCH from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where she was a Senior Associate in the financial services regulatory practice. Prior to that role, she was a partner at a leading South African law firm.
She holds a B.A and LLB from The University of The Witwatersrand in South Africa and an LLM with honours from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Dennis has over 20 years experience in risk management and finance. He joined LCH from AON where he was the CEO for Innovation and Analytics. Previous to that he was a Managing Director in Finance & Treasury and Risk at Merrill Lynch and was Director of Capital, Global Consumer Group at Citigroup.
Dennis started his finance career as a consultant in the Global Risk Management practice at McKinsey where he focused on the risk management of Traded Products and the development of risk systems and analytical algorithms. Prior to that Dennis was a professor at Princeton University where he taught mathematics and quantitative finance.
Dennis has an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Brown University and a MA in Mathematical Science from University College Dublin.
Louise is Head of HR for LCH Group. In this role Louise is responsible for leading the HR strategy and dealing with all people matters affecting the Group and its subsidiaries. She is a member of the LCH Group Executive Committee and is also a member of the HR Leadership Team for London Stock Exchange Group.
Louise joined LCH from Diageo where she held a variety of positions internationally, including HR Director in North America, HR Director in Asia and most recently as Talent Strategy Director and Global Head of HR for the Marketing function based in London.
She holds a B.A. in French and German from the University of Manchester.
Anthony is CIO for LCH Group and Ltd. In this role, Tony is accountable to the CCP CEOs for the provision of IT services in each CCP. He is a member of the LCH Group Executive Committee.
Previously he was a Managing Director in IT at Deutsche Bank and was the Group CIO for the bank from March 2011 through November 2013. Before this, he was the CIO for Investment Banking Technology within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). He spent his first 12 years with the bank based in New York, and spent his last 5 years from August 2009 through July 2014 based in London.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 1997, Tony worked at Morgan Stanley for 12 years during which time he had a five-year assignment in Tokyo, from where he assumed the role of Head of Far East IT for three of those years.
Tony received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and a MBA from the State University of New York at Albany. He was voted ‘CIO of the Year 2007’ from The Banker magazine and was named ‘Best CIO in 2009’ from the American Financial Technology Awards.
Phil is the Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management, leading the Sales and Relationship Management Team across LCH Group and is a member of the LCH Executive Committee. He is responsible for overseeing and expanding LCH’s footprint and implementing go –to-market strategies with the senior management of the Rates, FX, Fixed Income, Equities and CaLM businesses.
Prior to joining LCH, Phil led the Rates & Transaction services globally within Fixed Income Division of Thomson Reuters. He served as Chief Dealer, with responsibility for risk and credit management in various treasury-trading functions including Short Term Rates, Forward FX and Emerging Markets desks at Société Générale and held Senior Trading roles at Westpac and SBC. Besides these roles, he has led his own financial markets consultancy, advising on clearing and FX platforms and Rates implementation (including at Commerzbank).
Frank Soussan began his financial career as a credit correlation trader at Société Générale in New York.
From there he moved to the Credit Exotics trading desk at JP Morgan in London where he spent six years managing their Exotics and Structured Trading group.
At the end of 2012, Frank moved to the buy-side, with Renshaw Bay to be a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Credit Special Opportunities Fund.
He joined LCH Group in November 2014.
Frank graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE) in Paris with a MSc in Statistics and Econometrics.
He also holds a MSc in Mathematics in Finance from the Courant Institute at New York University (NYU).
As head of ForexClear, Paddy is responsible for bringing the benefits of clearing to the OTC FX market.
Prior to joining LCH in 2016, Paddy spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs as an FX Options trader, where he was a partner and global head of FX Options trading. Additionally, Paddy set up the FX CVA trading desk and was responsible for capital and margin strategy in Goldman’s FX business. He was a member of the Bank of England’s FX Joint Standing Committee from 2013 to early 2014.
Paddy received his BA and master’s degrees in mathematics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, in 1997.
Bruce Kellaway is Global Head of Rates (including SwapClear and SwapAgent) and RepoClear at LCH and runs EquityClear in London. He also oversees the Collateral and Liquidity Management business, responsible for investing and managing cash and non-cash collateral across the CCPs.
Prior to joining LCH in September 2014, Bruce spent 20 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held roles as Interim Head of Trading and MD of Swaps before being appointed Managing Director of Rates Trading. During his time at the bank, Bruce was instrumental in building a successful and focused rates trading function and creating a leading GEMM (Gilt-Edged Market Maker) from scratch.
Bruce studied Economics at the University of Durham.
